QUE ES CONLICO
CONLICO es la confraternidad de Lideres Conciliares Pentecostales y Carismáticas, sea de carácter internacional o estatal, que residen en las áreas metropolitanas de Nueva York, Nueva Jersey, Connecticut, y Pennsylvania
Nuestros Propósito es:
- Procurar y mantener la unidad del cuerpo de Cristo en nuestra área para que haya armonía y confraternidad entre los diferentes grupos Pentecostales y Carismáticos.
- Representar ante las autoridades gubernamentales y otros foros a las Iglesias Evangélicas Pentecostales, y ser la voz oficial de la iglesia Evangélica Pentecostal y carismática de nuestras comunidades.
- Celebrar actividades de carácter espiritual, que promueva la unidad de la iglesia y que demuestre la magnitud de la misma en nuestras comunidades.
- Apoyar y fomentar La Gran Comisión, mientras predicamos el evangelio a todas las naciones.
- Promover el desarrollo socio-económico de los feligreses en las iglesias Evangélicas Pentecostés de nuestras comunidades.
- Estar dispuestos a colaborar en cualquier situación de emergencia.
What is CONLICO?
CONLICO is the fellowship of Pentecostal and Charismatic Council leaders, be it international or state, who reside in the metropolitan areas of New York, New Jersey Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
Our purpose is:
- To procure and maintain the unity of the Body of Christ in our area, thus establishing harmony and fellowship among the various Pentecostal and Charismatic groups.
- To represent the Pentecostal and Charismatic churches before all governmental authorities and other forums; and to be the official voice of the Pentecostal, Evangelical and Charismatic churches of our region.
- To celebrate spiritual activities that promotes the unity of the church and demonstrates the magnitude of the same in our communities.
- To encourage, support and promote "The Great Commission" by preaching the gospel to all nations.
- To promote the socio-economic development of the Evangelical Pentecostal and Charismatic churches in our region.
- To be willing to collaborate in situations of emergency.
Proclamamos que
Hoy en este día en el Estado de New York, y ante la presencia del pueblo Pentecostal Cristiano Carismático de esta zona metropolitana CONLICO cree pertinente lo siguiente:
1. Que la Iglesia de fundamento Pentecostés continuara en su misión: La salvación de las almas perdidas. Nos mantendremos comprometidos con Dios para servir como agente de cambios en la transformación espiritual, la restauración moral, la mejora social y el bienestar físico de la sociedad.
2. Nos levantamos como atalaya. Atalayas contra aquellos que directamente o indirectamente influyen sobre nuestros hijos, nuestra juventud y afectan nuestras familias é insita al mal camino y a dar sus espaldas al camino de la fe que es Cristo Jesús.
3. Proclamamos hoy que no desistiremos. Seremos voz de alerta en medio de esta sociedad, diremos a voz en cuello: Ya no más el abuso de poder en manos de nuestros lideres civiles. Ya no mas la influencia negativa, perversa y contraria a través de los medios de comunicación que influyen hacia la decadencia moral y espiritual.
4. Proclamamos Que Jesucristo es el único medio al Padre. Que el mensaje del Evangelio es eficaz para restaurar al hombre a una relación perfecta con Dios
Proclamamos este día como día profético. Día de cumplimiento de las promesas de Dios para su pueblo. Día de derramamiento de la gloria de Dios a través de nuestras ciudades Y decimos ven Espíritu Santo. Ven Señor Jesús. Amen.
We Proclaim
On this day in the State of New York and before the presence of the Christian Pentecostal and Charismatic people of this metropolitan area, CONLICO pertinently believes the following:
1- That the church of Pentecostal foundation will continue with its mission which is: The salvation of lost souls. We are committed with God to serve as agents of change towards the spiritual transformation, moral restoration, social improvement and physical well being of our society.
2- We stand as watchman, watchman against those who directly or indirectly influence our children, our youth and affect our families to insight them towards the wrong path and disregard the pathway of faith that is in Jesus Christ.
3- We proclaim today that we will not be deterred. We will be a voice on the alert in the midst of our society, we will cry out with a loud voice: Let there be no more abuse at the hands of our civic leaders, no more negative, perverse and contrary influence through the means of communication that influence towards moral and spiritual decay.
4- We proclaim that Jesus Christ is the only way to The Father. That the message of The Gospel is effective to restore man to a perfect relationship with God.
We proclaim this day as a prophetic day, a day of fulfillment of the promises of God for his people. A day of outpouring of the glory of God throughout our cities, and we say come Holy Spirit, come Lord Jesus. Amen.

La Confraternidad de Líderes Conciliares (CONLICO). Asociaciones ministeriales, pastores, Radio Visión Cristiana Internacional, y ministros Evangélicos declaramos
En forma egocéntrica y dañina en su pensar vive la presente sociedad. Como nunca antes hoy la escala de valores es afectada y trae como resultado ataques sin misericordia alguna sobre la familia. Lo ridículo del desgaste de valores trae a la luz la intromisión de ideas y practicas que intentan contra el. orden, la moral y la palabra de Dios.
La promiscuidad sexual, el lesbianismo, y el homosexualismo son promovidos por personas que reclaman tener derecho de una supuesta preferencia sexual, cosa que no tiene fundamento alguno. En todas las especies de los animales los géneros únicos son macho y hembra. En la raza humana los únicos géneros son hombre y mujer. Entre los animales el apareamiento es entre sexos opuestos, en la raza humana el matrimonio entre personas del mismo sexo es una aberración y es contrario a la familia, la ética y finalmente contra Dios.
Históricamente las ciudades de Sodoma y Gomorra son evidencia del castigo y la destrucción por sus practicas inmorales. Éticamente lo que todos conocemos y aceptamos como raza humana siempre ha reconocido el matrimonio entre un hombre y una mujer. Cualquier práctica fuera de ello es aberración, inmundicia y pecado. Son tan culpables quienes lo practican como quienes lo aprueban. Por ello condenamos enérgicamente y expresamos repudio a aquellos que por ocupar un lugar en el escenario político, hambrientos de poder y dinero entregan lo sagrada de la familia a cambio de lo vergonzoso.
A tenor con ello al analizar la teoría de Darwin (evolución), quienes reclaman creer en la misma, prefieren ser descendientes de un mono y una mona, pero no identificarse con el extravío sexual. Hoy existen personas con ideas tan descabelladas que quieren doblegar lo puro, casto, y santo por lo inmundo y profano.
La Biblia en los libros de Génesis 1:27,28; 5:2) Leviticos 18:22; 20:13), romanos 1:26,27), 1 corintios 6:9,10) y 1 Timoteo 1:9,10) condenan a quienes cometen tales actos. Con meridiana precisión declaramos que hay perdón en Cristo para todo aquel que se arrepiente y se aparta de tales pecados.
En el pasado batallamos con el maquiavélico programa llamado "Arco Iris" en el año 1992. Hoy batallamos contra quienes promueven el matrimonio entre personas del mismo sexo. Los estados de Vermont, Hawaii, Massachussets y otros son un vivo ejemplo del retroceso moral que vivimos. Promueven lo indeseable sacrificando las bases de la moral a cambio del libertinaje. Lo contraproducente es que la mayoría de los que legislan sobre la aprobación de tales leyes que impulsan esta ridiculez afirman estar felizmente casados con alguien del sexo opuesto. Quedando así probado que muchos venden sus convicciones por posiciones aunque sacrifiquen lo más sagrado.
Finalmente, ¿De quienes son hijos todos estos que se identifican con el lesbianismo y el homosexualismo? Sin lugar a dudas son hijos de un hombre y una mujer. Que lamentables es verle querer invertir lo correcto por el placer degenerado.
Como nunca antes toda la Comunidad de Fe evangélica de New York a través de sus líderes conciliares, pastores, asociaciones ministeriales y Radio Visión Cristiana Internacional condenan todo Acto, ley y patrocinadores del matrimonio entre personas del mismo sexo. Cualquier partido político, líder social o terceros que en plataforma, estructura, filosofía de trabajo y enseñanza promueven esa ideal no se le respaldará denunciándole públicamente. Afirmamos nuestra lealtad a Dios, respaldo a la santidad de la familia y condenación a la iniquidad.

The Fellowship of Council Leaders (CONLICO), Ministerial associations, Pastors, Radio Vision Cristiana International, and Evangelical ministers declare:
Our present society is living in a manner that is egocentric and harmful in its thinking. As never before, today our standard of values is affected and brings as a result a merciless attack upon the family. The absurdity of the wasting away of our values is that it brings to light an intrusion of ideas and practices that go against the order, the morale and The Word of God.
Sexual promiscuity, lesbianism, and homosexuality are promoted by persons that claim to have the right of a supposed sexual preference, there exist no bases for this claim. In all the species of animals, the only gender is that of male and female. The same is true for the human race. The only kinds are man and woman. Among the animals the pairing or mating system is among opposite sexes; in the human race the marriage among persons of the same sex is an aberration and is an opponent to the family, ethics and finally against God.
Historically the cities of Sodom and Gomorra are evidence of punishment and destruction due to their immoral practices. Ethically, what we all know and accept as the human race, has always recognized marriage between a man and a woman. Practices contrary to this is considered aberration, filth and sin. Those that practice it and those who approve it are equally guilty.
Consequently, we vehemently condemn and express revulsion towards those that while occupying a place in a political setting, and being power and money hungry, are willing to exchange sacred family issues with those that are shameful.
In light of this, upon analyzing Darwin's theory of evolution, those that claim to believe it prefer to have evolved from a monkey rather than identify with the idea of sexual deviation. Today we have people with such absurd ideas wanting to subvert the pure, chaste and holy things for that which is filthy and profane.
The Bible in the books of Genesis 1:27, 28; 5:2) Leviticus 18:22; 20:13), Romans 1:26,27), 1 Corinthians 6:9,10) and 1 Timothy 1:9,10) condemns those who commit such acts. With meticulous precision we declare that there is pardon in Christ for all who repent and separate themselves from such sins.
In the past (1992) we have battled with wicked programs such as "The Rainbow Curriculum ". Today, we battle against those who promote same sex marriages. The states of Vermont, Hawaii, Massachusetts and others, are a living example of this moral regression. They promote the undesirable idea, sacrificing our moral standard in exchange for recklessness.
The contradiction in all this is that the majority of the individuals that legislate towards the approval of such laws that prompt this preposterousness, they affirm to be happily married with someone of the opposite sex. Thus proving that, many will sell their convictions thereby sacrificing that which is sacred.
Finally, ¿All those that identify with lesbianism and homosexuality, of whom are they children? Without a doubt they are children of a man and a woman. That it is unfortunate to see them want to invert that which is correct for a perverted pleasure.
Like never before, The community of the Evangelical Faith of the city of New York, through their council leaders, pastors, ministerial associations and Radio Vision Cristiana International, condemn all Acts, laws, and sympathizers of marriage between two people of the same sex. Any political party, political leader or third parties who on their platform, structure or work philosophy teaches or promotes this ideal will not have our support and shall be denounced publicly. We affirm our loyalty to God, and support the holiness of the family and the condemnation of sin.
